Within 3 months, Nagpur city will be full covered by the free wifi service all over the city. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced about the free public wifi on a inaugurating the public wifi under smart city project. The public wifi will be installed on public bus stand, Railway station and where the people crowded in complete nagpur city.
The words of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis as follows.
"Around 4000 surveillance cameras have been installed in the city. This will help police in obtaining information about accidents and criminal activities and also help in real time planning of traffic movement,"
"Various government services will be available online for citizens as digitalisation initiatives have been implemented in city and by the end of this year, Nagpur is set to become digital city of the country."
