One of the main problem now facing by telecom networks like Reliance jio and other networks is call drop. The main reasons for this is lack of network coverage. Do you know how can we solve this? The only way is to build more towers all over the country. More than 1,30,000 towers are built from last may to December 2016 and also more than 1,50,000 towers will be built by next march 2017.
Initially the government will use the platform for call drops and will extend this to receive consumer feedback in other areas as well in the future.The feedback of the subscribers will be shared with the TSPs so that they can take nessasary steps in the identified areas, to improve the mobile network for addressing the problem of call drops.
So we can hope there will be a huge decrease in the call drop by next march. More and more towers can wipe out the call drops from our country.
