The war between the telecom sector is no increased because of the offers introduced by Reliance jio. So to survive telecom companies are forced to introduce more and more offers to attract new customers and not to loose old customers. Bsnl had already started with many cheap packs and plans to launch new packs by January 2017.
Now a new 3g grps plans names stv498 which gives unlimited 3g for all customers. The main attraction is that, there is no data limits on this pack. The only problem is with the validity of the pack is 14 days. But it is ok because you have no fup and you can use unlimited 3g with high speed for these 14 days.

The telecom operator has now offering more data with at least four internet plans. It is offering 18 GB data instead of 9 GB with Rs 1498 plan, similarly Rs 2799 plan offer 36 GB data usage instead of 18 GB.

The Rs 3998 plan now offer 60 GB data usage now instead of 30 GB data, while the Rs 4498 plan now offers 80 GB data usage, up from 40 GB data usage.
