https://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/instaRecharge.aspx
2) Enter the BSNL mobile number you want to check and enter any email and click on submit
3) Now Click on 'General Top up'
4) Select any top up amount.
5) Now You will see a new page.
6) Click on Get Balance.
7) You will see the details of that number
