* Now Click On Recharge And Select 3G
* Here Select The Below Pack 25Mb 3g For 9rs
* Now Select Pay Via Balance, Now It Shows Confirmation Page. But your 3g pack will not activate.
After all this steps just remove the sim for 24hrs time and reinsert sim into your mobile. Now your sim is unblocked.
