Trick 1:
1.Navigate to Start > Run in Windows XP/Vista. If you’re using Windows 7 or Windows 8, then you’ll have to install the Group policy editor manually. This tutorial will guide you.
2.Type “gpedit.msc” to open the group policy editor.
3.Navigate to “Local Computer Policy” > “Computer Configuration” > “Administrative Templates” > “Network” > “QOS Packet Scheduler” > “Limit Reservable Bandwidth.”
4.Now, double-click on the option named “Limit Reservable Bandwidth” and change the value from ’20’ to ‘0’ without quotes.
Using Google DNS to Increase BSNL Internet Speed:
1.Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center/Network Connections > Open “Local Area Connection” and click on “Properties” button.
2.Now click on “TCP/IP” and in theDNS address fields, replace the current DNS servers with the below two addresses.208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
3.Click “OK” and restart the Internet connection.
